Design & Engineering

Working from drawings and pictures, we had to conceptualise and design a button cover for use onboard deepwater vessels.

Prototyping

Within one day, we were able to deliver a FDM 3d printed prototype.

Manufacturing

Within 2 weeks, we delivered 40 pieces for installation on deepwater vessels.

Transocean is the World's largest offshore drilling contractor. We were able to help their team in Singapore outfit their deepwater vessels with button covers for use on ship decks.

With limited photos and drawings, we were able to design and fabricate prototypes and then quickly go into producing 40 pieces for delivery.
