The Challenge
The integrator had won a programme to roll out self-service kiosks at two high-security government facilities. They needed one partner to take the physical product from concept to installed units, rather than splitting design, fabrication and installation across separate vendors.
The facilities could not close for installation. Every unit had to go in on a very tight schedule while the sites stayed fully operational.
What we did
Designed and engineered the kiosk enclosure and hardware integration
Ran manufacturing across our supplier network, managing every subcontractor ourselves so the client had one point of accountability
Planned installation around live operations, sequencing units so both sites stayed running
Deployed every unit across both sites
The outcome
Every kiosk was delivered and installed across both facilities on the client's schedule. The integrator dealt with one accountable partner for the hardware, from first sketch to final installation.
