2. We take an equity stake in your company

3. We develop and own the solution, you buy it, test and provide us with feedback. We then sell this solution to the rest of the market.

We are open to working with other models subject to discussions and approvals.

The truth is we do not know. Every product and every project is different. We can provide ballparks and estimates but that's all these are. Until we are executing, we do not know what the exact costs will be.

There are ways that you can control costs.

Firstly, look at a Minimum Viable Product to test the market and validity of your solution.

Second, breakdown your product development into manageable stages.

Third is to make specifications and requirements as "confirmed" as possible. Any changes during development will add on to the costs.

Absolutely! This is our bread and butter. If we are freely sharing our client ideas, we won't have clients. When we start on a project, we'll be signing Non-Disclosure Agreements to legalise our relationship and responsibilties.
